Tour Package Information

All inclusive tour packages are fully managed by " Dai Star (Tai Star) Travel & Tour" experienced English speaking tour operators/managers throughout the tours. (French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin and Thai speaking guides are also available on request).

All the coaches are air-conditioned, and Airplane and boats seats are tourist class. Our customer-orientated staff would ensure your comfort and convenience when travelling with us.

We use standard to superior tourist class hotels. Each room has own shower/ bath and toilet.

Note that, passengers are ultimately responsible to have all necessary travel documents such as passport and suitable travel insurance although we assist with visa and travel permit applications.

All tailor made tour package prices include the following:

Hotel, transport within Myanmar (coach, train, air fares to the destinations in this tour packages, car, etc.), all entrances fees to the destinations, archaeological and historical places, throughout tour management/ guide fees, full board meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the tour period and airport transfers (to the destinations in this tour package as well as on the first day and last day of each tour packages) unless otherwise stated.

Tour package prices exclude fees for visa and travel permit applications, travel insurance, tips and gratitude to tour guides, optional and extra activities, for instance "Myanmar Traditional dance show", "Myanmar Traditional Marionette Show" and "Hot Air Balloon ride over the archaeological ancient city of Bagan". Transport for own program/ activities, international flights and airport tax for other trips that are not part of the tour packages.

Since 2009 September, travellers are required to pay US$ 15.00 per day, royalty fees, to the Ministry of Tourism for the period of their stay in Putao and beyond (Myanmar Himalayas).

We withhold the rights to change the prices without prior notice. However this will not affect the customers who already purchase our services before the changes occurred.

You could also change tour dates, adding more destinations, upgrading the tour packages. Alternatively you could arrange your own itineraries with us for just a little extra of service charges. Click here to see more flexible travel services we provide.

To make a booking, email us to bookings@taistartnt.com the following information.

Your personal details (Name, address, email address, contact telephone number), tour packages or travel services you want to book, additional or optional activities you would like to do, other destinations you would like to add and your any other travel requirements as much information as possible.

After receiving your bookings and requests, we would proceed your booking and would send you the confirmation of your itineraries, total costs and the link to make online payment (we accept major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal payments). we will also request your passport and your flight details (if arriving Myanmar via air) to apply for your Myanmar visa and to apply Myanmar and additional travel documents (when travelling through Myanmar borders or travelling to restricted area of Myanmar) on your behalf. We will then send you your travel documents to show at Myanmar Immigration ports (Yangon/Mandalay International Airports or border ports) on your arrival.
